Train with Me

Walking into a gym for the first time can be an intimidating experience, however personal training is an easy way to put your mind at ease. It’s important to remember that nobody starts off in peak fitness, but anybody can get there. All it takes is a little self-belief, time, and hard work.

Simply put, don’t let emotional and physical insecurities get in the way of your fitness goals. I will help motivate, guide and inspire you to get your body where you want it to be in a way that you can balance with your everyday routine. As your personal trainer, I will put together a custom exercise regime and diet plan that specifically fits you, in a friendly and welcoming gym environment. Together we can make you a healthier, happier version of yourself.

I offer personal training at Angel, Islington, Highbury, Clerkenwell, Essex Road, Finsbury Park, Haggerston, and Old Street (No gym membership required when you’re training with me). I also offer outdoor personal training across a number of parks in North London and in-home personal training for those who would prefer to workout at home.

TomPT is a bit of a legend in our house! My husband persuaded me to have a trial session after he had amazing results... with Tom and I’m really glad I did (I’d never set foot in a gym previously except to swim). Tom is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about performance fitness that it's infectious - I am someone who struggles to... run 5k, but through week after week of well-planned, incremental training, I can feel myself getting stronger and dreaming about taking on longer hikes and bigger athletic challenges :) Plus he's just a really great guy to talk to so the sessions (almost) whizz by (he is still a tough taskmaster!). Tom is the best! The training schedule and nutrition plan that he suggested to me a few months back has worked... amazingly well for me. We may put all the effort but we certainly need the guidance. And Tom is so good at what he does. He has been so supportive, he is super knowledgable, flexible and overall a great guy. I would recommend Tom as a personal trainer with my eyes closed. :)read more
